We believe coaching is a partnership and we work closely with you to get the best results possible. We do this by communicating with you through the week, with daily touch points on WhatsApp, a formal weekly checkin, and weekly group calls.

This way, we know how you are getting on, any barriers you might face day to day and we are on hand to make any changes as well as the more formal, metric centred checkins.
